We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by GlodusInc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services solely for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Our B2B database is compiled from publicly available sources and proprietary methods. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is 100% accurate, complete, or current. You agree to use the data responsibly and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws. We are not liable for decisions made based on data provided through our platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlodusInc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
